Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking an Experienced Loader Operator to support its quarry operations. The candidate will operate a front-end loader, perform safety checks, and help move materials efficiently while upholding safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Ideal candidates will have proven loader experience, relevant certification, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting with a strong team mindset and physical readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Loader Operator, preferably in quarry or similar industrial setting.
• Valid certification in operating heavy machinery.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in heavy industry.
• Ability to perform minor repairs and adjustments on equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader safely to minimize injury and damage.
• Conduct daily checks and maintain equipment in good working order.
• Coordinate with site management to move materials per plan.
• Adjust equipment settings to meet project requirements.
• Identify maintenance needs and report downtime promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and report hazards.
• Participate in training and follow safety policies.
• Support team to ensure timely project completion.
