Qualifications

• Proven Loader Operator experience, preferably in quarry or industrial setting.
• Certification in operating heavy machinery.
• Understanding of production processes, quality control.
• Solid knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor repairs.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• High level of physical fitness and strength.
• Willingness to undergo SRM pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader safely to minimize the risk of injury, property damage, or loss of life.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on equipment.
• Coordinate with the site management team to plan, execute, and monitor movement of materials within the quarry, ensuring safety standards and project specs.
• Adjust equipment settings and controls to meet project requirements.
• Identify and communicate the need for maintenance, repair, or replacement of equipment, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, report any safety incidents or hazards.
• Participate in ongoing training and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Work closely with the team to ensure materials are moved efficiently and projects are completed on time.
