SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is seeking an Experienced Loader Operator to join our quarry operations team. You will operate a front-end loader, perform safety checks, and ensure efficient material movement while upholding our safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Loader Operator, preferably within a quarry or industrial setting.
• Valid certification in operating heavy machinery.
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control to maximize material distribution.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to perform minor repairs and basic maintenance on equipment.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader safely to minimize injury, property damage, or loss of life.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on equipment.
• Coordinate with site management to move materials per plan and safety standards.
• Adjust equipment settings to meet project requirements.
• Identify maintenance needs and minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and report hazards.
• Participate in ongoing training and safety procedures.
• Work with the team to move materials efficiently and meet deadlines.
