SRM Concrete is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator for our quarry operations. You will operate bulldozers, front-end loaders, excavators and other machinery safely to keep production moving.

You will perform daily safety and maintenance checks, coordinate with site management, adjust settings as needed, report issues, and work with the team to move materials efficiently and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment in quarry or industrial settings.
• Valid certification in operating heavy machinery.
• Knowledge of safety standards and ability to follow protocols.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Physically capable to meet job demands.
• Willingness to undergo SRM’s pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (bulldozers, loaders, excavators) safely to minimize risk.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on equipment.
• Coordinate with site management to plan and move materials.
• Adjust equipment settings to meet project requirements.
• Identify and report maintenance needs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report hazards.
• Participate in training and follow safety policies.
