Qualifications

• BS + 8–10 years, MS + 7+ years, or PhD + 5+ years in a relevant technical field.
• Experience with testsite design and semiconductor development is a plus.
• Ability to analyze electrical data from chip designs and drive improvements.

Responsibilities
