Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a technology-related field (Photonics, Optics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microsystems, Physics or Materials Science)
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA and good academic standing
• English language fluency (written & verbal)

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the 45nm Silicon Photonics technology product ramp from development through production.
• Maintain ownership of a technology module, prioritize projects, delegate tasks, lead experiment definition and hardware disposition.
• Develop and qualify silicon photonics process flows to meet performance, reliability, and defectivity requirements.
• Monitor line performance through data analysis; collaborate cross-functionally to improve yield, reduce costs, and engage customers.
