Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree minimum.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics and transportation in high-tech manufacturing, aerospace, semiconductors, or related industries.
• U.S. Person required: citizen, permanent resident, or eligible status.
• U.S. Government national security rule excludes PRC/Russian nationals unless US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process shipments across Quantinuum facilities with accurate documentation and on-time delivery.
• Support Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve customer service and reduce transportation costs.
• Serve as primary contact for logistics inquiries including carrier issues, delays, and trade disruptions.
• Research and classify products with HTS codes, Schedule B numbers, ECCNs, and origin countries in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, hazardous materials, U.S. Customs, export controls, and carrier requirements.
• Prepare and review commercial invoices, packing lists, B/Ls, certificates of origin, AES/EEI filings and other import/export docs.
• Track shipments from origin to delivery and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Build dashboards/reports for tariffs, freight spend, on-time delivery, and other logistics KPIs.
