Job summary

Quantinuum is seeking a Materials Management Supervisor in Broomfield, CO to oversee stockroom operations, asset management, and material movements across quantum hardware labs and global projects.

You will collaborate with scientists, engineers, and program managers to coordinate inventory and logistics while leading a safety‑conscious team and driving process improvements. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in related fields are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree minimum.
• 5+ years of experience with shipping and receiving, inventory management, and ERP Systems (preferably SAP).
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations in new development high-tech manufacturing, aerospace, semiconductors, or related industries
• Must be able to lift 45lbs
• U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status
• Candidates must not be a PRC or Russian national unless also a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Receiving/Shipping, Asset Management, Logistics, and Inventory Control area.
• Promote safety by adhering to regulations and company policies.
• Train and mentor a high-performing team and document procedures.
• Collaborate with shipment carriers, procurement, finance, and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Identify root causes of defects to drive efficiency in operations.
• Track and publish performance metrics to optimize flows and reduce costs.
• Execute performance management including coaching and accountability.
• Assign personnel and resources to meet daily requirements and objectives.
• Monitor costs and workforce plans relative to performance.
