Job summary

IonQ is seeking a Technical Programme Manager to lead global manufacturing programmes for quantum computing systems and own complex customer site deployments across the Americas. You will orchestrate worldwide subsystem manufacturing focused on photonics and electronics, ensuring on-time delivery and successful handover.

The role requires five or more years in technical programme management with hardware deployments, international project experience, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in technical programme management, manufacturing or deployment of complex hardware systems.
• Experience running international programmes coordinating logistics, facilities, mobility and field operations.
• Clear written and spoken communication; ability to drive decisions when information is incomplete.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of global quantum system manufacturing across all production facilities.
• Lead deployment and commissioning at customer sites across the Americas, from planning through handover.
• Coordinate with research, production, compliance and logistics to keep builds on schedule.
• Run site readiness with facilities, security, networking and customer stakeholders; coordinate staffing and vendors.
• Manage risk, issues and escalation across internal teams, vendors and customers to protect schedules.
