Job summary

IonQ, Inc. in Bothell, WA is seeking a customer-obsessed, execution-driven Product Manager to scale our on-premises deployment motion within the Deployment Excellence function.

You will define, build, and operate repeatable program mechanisms to deliver enterprise-grade deployments. Embedded in IonQ's Quantum Computing product team, you will orchestrate cross-functional execution with engineering, facilities, manufacturing, and operations, driving go-live success and a premium customer

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in technical program management, delivery leadership, or equivalent roles
• Led cross-functional delivery of complex, multi-team programs for external customers with governance requirements
• World-class written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Program Ownership & Delivery Assurance: accountable for deployment of on-premises systems and cross-functional execution
• Process Discovery & Architecture: map handoffs and document ideal end-to-end deployment framework
• Mechanism Building: design templates, runbooks, cadences and dashboards to synchronize execution
• Product Feedback Loop: translate deployment learnings into input for Product Management
• Hands-on Customer Delivery Execution: own initial customer delivery milestones and maintain high customer experience
