Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
• Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, systems engineering.
• 5+ years working in a hardware based R&D environment.
• 5+ years of technical contract management for R&D activities with external vendors/suppliers.
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain detailed plans and schedules for our cryogenic hardware and signals R&D activities (including chip cool down planning).
• Identify and forecast resource constraints, opportunities and conflicts to drive operational decisions.
• Work across team boundaries to ensure stakeholders are aware of risks/opportunities and timelines.
• Identify operational gaps and generate recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
• Define mechanisms that optimize interfaces between cryogenic hardware & signals teams.
• Support leadership with programmatic support toward new fab facilities, onboarding or new equipment sourcing.
• Develop requirement documents and statements of work for external contracts (COTS and R&D).
• Identify opportunities for in-house software or AI applications to streamline internal hardware workflows.
