Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
• Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-team infrastructure and R&D projects across internal teams and external collaborators.
• Define technical project management standards across the Center of Quantum Computing.
• Improve lifecycle approaches for projects and increase visibility of progress to senior leadership.
• Familiarity with system engineering topics, quantitative risk management, reviews and requirements management.
