Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager - Mechanical Systems to lead global deployment of mechanical cooling solutions for AWS data centers. You will partner with hardware, software, and operations teams to drive programs from concept through production readiness and launch.

You will own strategic plans, manage schedules and budgets, and influence cross-functional decisions for scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient cooling infrastructure worldwide.

Qualifications

• 7+ years collaborating with engineering teams on complex programs.
• Experience leading mechanical cooling or controls projects in large-scale facilities.
• 5+ years in technical product or program management with scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic plans for Mechanical Solutions and deployment globally.
• Plan for global and regional deployment, test, and readiness.
• Lead development, deployment, and sustainment of Mechanical Systems for next-gen data center.
• Provide program leadership for new technologies and retrofit hardware deployments.
• Drive cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact programs.
