• 3+ years of cryogenic packaging design/testing, microwave engineering, or quantum hardware characterization.
• Familiarity with cryogenic systems and low-temperature measurement environments.

Responsibilities

• Packaging R&D: design, model, test packaging for superconducting quantum devices; build EM and mechanical models.
• Environmental Test Standards: design test standards for DC and microwave qubit environment assessment.
• Measurement Automation: automate data collection and reporting pipelines for scalable characterization.
• Environmental Improvement: collaborate to mitigate environmental noise and improve qubit performance.
