Qualifications

• Cybersecurity, cryptography, semiconductor, or sophisticated software patent experience preferred.
• USPTO registration required.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications.
• Work directly with inventors and engineers to understand complex technologies and develop strong patent claims.
• Prepare Office Action responses and manage applications throughout prosecution.
• Assist clients with patent strategy and portfolio development.
• Develop and expand client relationships.
