Unknown Patent Boutique seeks an experienced Patent Agent with substantive patent preparation and prosecution expertise in quantum computing. You will collaborate with inventors and engineers to craft strong patent claims and manage international applications.

The role offers high responsibility, direct client interaction, and opportunities to shape portfolio strategy across cybersecurity, cryptography, semiconductors, software, AI, and related technologies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of substantive patent preparation and prosecution experience.
• Experience drafting and prosecuting quantum computing patent applications.
• Strong patent drafting, technical writing, and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications.
• Work with inventors and engineers to develop strong patent claims.
• Prepare Office Action responses and manage applications through prosecution.
• Assist clients with patent strategy and portfolio development.
• Develop and expand client relationships.
