Qualifications

• 3+ years of U.S. patent prosecution experience.
• Registered to practice before the USPTO.
• Deep understanding of software, semiconductor, and computer hardware technologies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and prosecute patent applications, including PTAB appeals.
• Engage with AI/ML, NLP, and social media tools.
• Work on computer architecture and quantum computing projects.
• Contribute to semiconductor and superconductor design and fabrication.
