• Knowledge of quantum computing, preferably in photonic quantum computing and quantum error correction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and inventors throughout the patent process.
• Prepare, file, and prosecute U.S. patent applications for complex quantum computing technologies.
• Draft responses to office actions and make strategic patent application decisions.
• Conduct freedom-to-operate, infringement, and patentability analyses.
