Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Boston, with openings in New York and Washington, D.C., seeks junior to senior-level associates with expertise in quantum computing to join its Electrical & Computer Technologies group. You’ll collaborate with inventors, prepare and prosecute U.S.

patent applications, and perform analyses such as freedom-to-operate and patentability assessments. A JD from an ABA-accredited law school and USPTO admission are required, with strong written and verbal communication skills and

  • Knowledge of quantum computing, preferably photonic quantum computing and quantum error correction.
  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the USPTO.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; effective team collaboration.
