We are seeking an M&E Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in the commercial management and delivery of M&E projects, overseeing contract administration, valuations, variations, claims and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will have strong commercial and post-contract experience, with a solid understanding of MEP systems, construction law and standard industry contracts such as JCT and NEC. They will be highly numerate, commercially aware and confident in negotiation, with excellent IT skills including proficiency in Excel and measurement software, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, supply chains and multidisciplinary project teams.
