Job summary

COLSA Corporation supports the Marine Corps Information Operations Center (MCIOC) in Quantico, VA, delivering intelligence analysis and IO development across CENTCOM, INDOPACOM, SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, AFRICOM, and EUCOM. The role focuses on IE-related operations, planning support, and adversary analysis within a tight travel and security framework.

The position requires a TS/SCI clearance and a strong background in information environments, targeting, and operations support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of related experience OR Associate's degree with 4–9 years OR high school diploma with 6–13 years of direct experience in the task.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with information environments and regional trends supporting day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop products on the IE in support of OIE planners, including concise estimates of actors and audience activities.
• Provide intelligence support to planning, execution and assessment for OIE activities such as PSYOP, CA, SIGMAN, OPSEC, MILDEC.
• Produce analytic reports showing threat actors, IE-related capabilities, and efforts to achieve goals.
