Job summary

COLSA Corporation seeks an Intelligence Analyst to support the Marine Corps Information Operations Center (MCIOC) in Quantico, VA. This full-time role runs through the return of a military-leave employee (Nov 2026–May 2027) and requires working within commuting distance of Quantico.

Responsibilities include IE analysis, targeting, PSYOP support, RFI preparation, and briefing development. Active TS/SCI clearance and Marines experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Experience with information operations environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop products on the IE in support of OIE planners, including actor and audience activity estimates.
• Provide intelligence support to planning, execution and assessment for OIE, PSYOP, CA, SIGMAN, OPSEC, MILDEC.
• Produce analytic reports on threat nations' strategic interests and IE-related capabilities.
• Identify adversarial actors and systems that collect, process, protect, and project information.
• Support development of OIE concepts of operations, targeting, and assessment.
• Recommend analytical tools and processes for IE analysis and OIE assessment.
• Assist with RFI submissions across the Intelligence Community.
• Help identify IE-relevant individuals and groups and assess vulnerabilities.
