Job summary

COLSA Corporation in Quantico, VA seeks a Temp: Intelligence Analyst, Journeyman to support MCIOC and OIE planning. You will develop IE products, provide intelligence support for PSYOP, CA, SIGMAN, OPSEC, and MILDEC, and deliver analytic reports on regional actors and threat indicators. This role requires commuting distance to Quantico and an active TS/SCI clearance. The position runs through Dec 2026–Oct 2027 with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of related experience
• Associate's degree and 4-9 years of related experience
• High school diploma, with 6-13 years of direct experience in the task
• Possess and demonstrate analysis support capabilities, and a working knowledge of the information environment and the significance of regional conditions and trends in support of day-to-day operations.
• Active TS/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop products on the IE in support of OIE planners.
• Provide intelligence support to detailed planning, execution and assessment for OIE (PSYOP, CA, SIGMAN, OPSEC, MILDEC).
• Provide analytic products and reports on adversaries' strategic interests and IE-related capabilities.
• Identify adversarial actors and systems that collect and process information for IE advantage.
• Support development of OIE concepts of operations, concepts of support, and IE targeting.
