Job summary

COLSA Corporation seeks an Intelligence Analyst, Journeyman, to support the Marine Corps Information Operations Center (MCIOC) in Quantico, VA. This full-time role covers IE development, targeting, and operational support for OIE planners, with duties ranging from threat actor analysis to RFI preparation.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus an active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to work with regional teams across CENTCOM, INDOPACOM,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of related experience OR Associate's degree with 4-9 years of related experience OR high school diploma with 6-13 years of direct experience in the task.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience or working knowledge of the information environment and regional conditions and trends that support day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop products on the IE in support of OIE planners and provide concise estimates of actors and audience activities.
• Provide intelligence support to planning, execution and assessment for OIE activities including PSYOP, CA, SIGMAN, OPSEC, MILDEC.
• Produce analytic reports on threat actors and IE-related capabilities and efforts.
• Identify adversarial actors, organizations, and systems affecting information power.
• Support development of OIE concepts of operations and targeting.
• Recommend analytical tools and processes for IE analysis and OIE assessment.
• Assist in crafting RFIs for the IC and ensure timely responses.
• Aid OIE planners in identifying IE-relevant individuals and vulnerabilities.
• Assess effectiveness of adversary and friendly operations in the IE.
• Help establish IE battlespace awareness to generate MAGTF information power.
• Coordinate with external agencies and operational forces for daily operations.
• Identify key actors within assigned areas and their potential behavior.
• Analyze information to assess developments, trends and threat implications in the IE.
• Prepare briefings and develop Ad-Hoc Reports.
