Job summary

Mount Indie seeks candidates for roles supporting the Marine Corps Information Operations Center (MCIOC) in Quantico, VA. The work covers IO development, integration, signature management, analysis, and security support for USMC operations.

Responsibilities include providing IE products for OIE planners, intelligence support for PSYOP, CA, SIGMAN, OPSEC, and MILDEC, and generating reports on threat actors and IE capabilities. Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of related experience.
• Associate's degree and 4-9 years of related experience.
• High school diploma, with 6-13 years of direct experience in the task.
• Possess and demonstrate analysis support capabilities, and a working knowledge of the information environment and regional conditions and trends.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop products on the Information Environment (IE) in support of OIE planners.
• Provide intelligence support to planning, execution and assessment for OIE activities.
• Produce analytic reports on threat actors, IE capabilities, and regional trends.
• Identify adversarial actors, organizations, and systems related to IE information power.
• Support development of IE concepts of operations and IE targeting.
• Recommend analytical tools and processes for IE analysis and OIE assessment.
• Assist Government personnel with RFIs to IC agencies.
• Assist OIE planners to characterize information campaigns and regional actors.
• Identify IE-relevant actors and how they behave under various conditions.
• Assess effectiveness of adversary and friendly operations in the IE.
• Develop capability to monitor and maintain IE Battlespace awareness.
• Coordinate with external agencies and operational forces to support daily operations.
• Support identification and assessment of key actors in a given area.
• Understand how actors may behave given local, regional, and international factors.
• Analyze developments, trends, and threat implications in the IE.
• Prepare and present briefings for assigned areas of responsibility.
• Develop and submit Ad-Hoc Reports.
