Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a senior analytics professional to design and deliver data-driven solutions with measurable business impact in the collections domain. You will partner with Technology and Product teams to define data needs, build KPIs, and develop financial business cases for initiatives.

You will lead rigorous analyses across SQL, Python, SAS, and Alteryx, leveraging large language models for analytics, and influence stakeholders through clear, data-driven storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline; 7+ years in analytical, finance, or engineering-related role.
• Experience designing and interpreting A/B test analytics.
• Proven track record in strategic analytics, business case development, and financial benefit sizing.
• 7+ years across analytics tools (SQL, Python, SAS, Alteryx, Snowflake, AWS, Tableau, Unix, Excel) in big data environments.
• Experience leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and/or Agentic AI for analytical applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of card, overdraft, and auto collections business, features, strategy and KPIs.
• Conduct rigorous quantitative analysis using SAS, SQL, Alteryx, and/or Python to assess performance of strategies and features.
• Identify opportunities to improve strategies and product functionality; define KPIs for new initiatives.
• Build business cases to support product initiatives and investments.
• Partner with Technology and Product to define data capture, storage needs, and migrations.
• Champion analytical automation to streamline and scale processes.
• Serve as strategic advisor, influencing stakeholders with data-driven storytelling.
