Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services seeks an experienced Quality Change Management Lead to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams to foster adoption, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and ensure successful implementation of large-scale programs.

Responsibilities include leading change activities, developing communications, conducting readiness assessments, and coordinating with sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational communications, consulting, or transformation programs
• Experience supporting large-scale organizational change initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and readiness planning experience
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience leading workshops and cross-functional meetings

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of organizational change management activities across quality transformation initiatives
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and communication plans
• Conduct change readiness assessments and monitor adoption metrics
• Support site-level deployment activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Create communication materials, training support content, and stakeholder resources
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and feedback sessions
• Activate and support change champion networks across multiple sites
• Apply structured change management methodologies to drive successful adoption
