Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking an experienced Change Lead to drive a large, cross-functional initiative within the Global Planning, Portfolio and Change (PPC) team.

You will deliver change management, stakeholder analysis, and communications and training plans across US, EMEIA, and APAC regions. The role requires PROSCI expertise, strong facilitation and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively with multi-cultural teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience with PROSCI change management concepts, tools and implementations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across project teams, management and internal partners.
• Strong negotiation, influence and facilitation skills.
• Ability to gain trust and solicit action from project partners.
• Flexible, resourceful, detail-oriented and a self-starter.
• Fast learner, especially related to tool/platforms and process training.
• Ability to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Ability to work with teams from multi-cultural backgrounds, countries, and time zones.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver change management on large, cross-functional initiatives within the Global PPC team.
• Perform stakeholder analysis and change impact analyses; develop communications and training plans.
• Execute Apple-developed methodologies and templates; act as reference for queries and information.
• Maintain and update change management framework and templates.
• Provide visibility and status reporting to project teams, change management team and leadership.
