Qualifications

• 8+ years in business transformation, organizational change management, or process improvement.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership or specialist capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, IT, or related field; graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of change and communication strategies for transformation initiatives.
• Design and implement governance, best practices, and structured capacity planning processes.
