CambrianHomecare, LLC, part of the Dungarvin family, provides in‑home care across the Inland Empire and seeks a Quality & Training Supervisor to lead QA, investigations, and caregiver training to ensure safety and service quality.

The role balances fieldwork with supervision and admin duties, requiring strong leadership, organization, and collaboration with caregivers, clients, and partners.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience with DD/IDD population.
• Caregiver training or related training experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong written and verbal communication with documentation ability.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee quality assurance visits, in‑home assessments and staff support.
• Lead investigations of complaints, incidents, and quality concerns.
• Monitor contracts, reports and documentation for compliance.
• Supervise and coach Quality & Training Coordinators and staff.
• Oversee caregiver training and track training compliance.
• Build partnerships with clients, caregivers and community partners.
