Job summary

CambrianHomecare, LLC, part of the Dungarvin family, is hiring a Quality & Training Coordinator to support quality assurance, caregiver development, client service, and community relationships in the Torrance area. You will investigate complaints, conduct QA visits, and document findings while coordinating caregiver training and compliance.

This field-based role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Experience in caregiving, caregiver training, quality assurance, investigations, client services, or related fields.
• Ability to deliver engaging training and present information clearly.
• Physical ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Field Visits: Conduct in-home QA visits and calls, identify quality concerns, support improvement initiatives.
• Complaints, Incidents & Investigations: Investigate and resolve client complaints and incidents with timely communication and corrective action.
• Documentation & Quality Reporting: Document investigations and generate quality reports in company systems.
• Training & Caregiver Development: Coordinate and deliver orientation and ongoing training for caregivers and ensure skill competency.
• Training Compliance & Communication: Monitor training compliance and maintain documentation; communicate with stakeholders.
• Community & Referral Collaboration: Build relationships with regional centers, healthcare providers, and community partners; attend meetings as assigned.
