Home Instead in Lexington, SC is seeking a Recruiter/Trainer responsible for promoting a high-quality culture among Care Professionals while ensuring clients receive exceptional care. This role supports caregiver engagement, training, and development and conducts quality assurance visits.

You will also provide direct client care as needed, mentor staff, coordinate training, supervise on-call rotation, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current, active CNA license required.
• Prior caregiver, CNA, home care, or senior care experience required.
• At least 1 year in home care, healthcare, senior services, training, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year HR experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must complete all required internal CNA and Home Instead training.
• Must enjoy teaching, mentoring, and working closely with people on a daily basis.
• Strong computer skills required.

Responsabilités

• Train new caregivers and support HR functions.
