Zusammenfassung

Cambrian Homecare seeks a Quality & Training Supervisor to lead QA activities, complaint investigations, and training across the Inland Empire, including in Sun City, CA. You will oversee in-home assessments, support staff, and ensure adherence to agency standards and contracts.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes field visits, supervision, and administrative tasks, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement in community-based care.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: At least five years of experience with the developmentally disabled (DD/IDD) population.
• Caregiving or training experience in related setting.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong written and verbal communication for documentation.

• Oversee quality assurance visits and in-home assessments.
• Guide investigations of client complaints, incidents, and quality concerns.
• Monitor contracts, reports, and documentation for compliance.
• Supervise and develop Quality & Training Coordinators and staff.
• Oversee training for new and existing care providers, including scheduling.
