Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel.
• Experience in caregiving, caregiver training, or quality assurance.
• Ability to deliver training sessions and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home quality assurance visits and follow agency guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve client complaints and incidents with timely follow-up.
• Document investigations and generate quality reports.
• Coordinate and deliver caregiver orientation and ongoing training.
• Monitor training compliance and maintain documentation.
• Build relationships with regional centers, healthcare providers, and community partners.
