Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an experienced training and development leader to plan, direct and coordinate the training for QA/QC/RA staff. You will ensure timely onboarding and ongoing development across the Quality Division.

Responsibilities include needs analyses, creating materials, partnering with SMEs, delivering hands-on training, and annual cGMP/ISO/QSR training. Travel up to 20% and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years in a Quality role focused on developing and implementing methods or procedures for process control, improvement, testing or inspection.
• Experience evaluating information or processes to determine department needs.
• Willing to travel up to 20% for business purposes (in-state and out-of-state).
• Experience delivering training programs to engage and educate Quality professionals (preferred).
• Excellent communication of technical information to non-technical audiences (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate training and development activities for QA/QC/RA staff.
• Provide onboarding support and ongoing development initiatives for the Quality Division.
• Conduct needs analyses to guide creation or modification of training.
• Create and update training materials with SMEs; use feedback to improve effectiveness.
• Deliver hands-on training and verify training effectiveness at Medline plants.
• Develop and deliver annual cGMP/ISO/QSR training company-wide.
