Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an experienced Training & Development lead to plan and coordinate QA/QC/RA staff training across all Medline plants. You will design curricula, partner with SMEs, and ensure content remains current and effective.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in Quality, with travel up to 20% and hands-on training delivery responsibilities. You will contribute to company-wide cGMP/ISO/QSR training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in a Quality role focused on research, development, and implementation of methods/procedures.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for business (within and outside state).
• Experience evaluating information and processes to determine department needs.
• Experience delivering training programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate QA/QC/RA staff training and development activities.
• Conduct needs analyses to guide creation or modification of training.
• Ensure curriculum addresses needs of new and existing staff.
• Develop and update training materials with SME collaboration.
• Provide hands-on training and verify effectiveness across Medline plants.
• Deliver annual cGMP/ISO/QSR training company-wide.
