Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an experienced Training & Development lead to plan and coordinate QA/QC/RA staff training across all Medline plants. You will design curricula, partner with SMEs, and ensure content remains current and effective.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in Quality, with travel up to 20% and hands-on training delivery responsibilities. You will contribute to company-wide cGMP/ISO/QSR training initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a Quality role focused on research, development, and implementation of methods/procedures.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for business (within and outside state).
• Experience evaluating information and processes to determine department needs.
• Experience delivering training programs is a plus.

Job Summary

Job Description

Major Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analyses to guide creation of new training and the modification or elimination of existing training as required.
• Ensure training curriculum addresses needs of new and existing QA/RA staff.
• Monitor, revise and add content as needed.
• Provide specialized knowledge in partnering with SME's within Quality to create and update training materials such as presentations, worksheets, case studies, pre-work, and post-course quizzes and follow up.
• Use participant feedback to enhance effectiveness of various training activities.
• Partner with offsite locations/plants regarding training programs; identify gaps and help address training needs.
• Perform hands-on training and verification of effectiveness training for staff at all Medline plants.
• Develop and deliver annual cGMP/ISO/QSR training company wide.
• Serve as a liaison for new hires in need of direction/assistance, resolving issues or finding information relative to the department.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.).
• Certification / Licensure: None.
• Work Experience: At least 4 years of experience in a Quality role focused on researching, developing and implementing methods and procedures for process control, process improvement, testing and/or inspection.
• Experience evaluating information and/or process to determine department needs.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.
• Willing to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
• Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: None.

• Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience delivering training programs to engage and educate Quality professionals.
• Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.

Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $85,000.00 - $128,000.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.

This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible.
