Job summary

Fisa Rentals is seeking a qualified tester to perform system and component tests to determine capability, quality, performance, and suitability. The role includes operating standard test equipment, maintaining lab records, and applying technical data to improve product quality.

Candidates should have 5–7 years of related experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and strong computer and communication skills. Travel to plants or customer sites is possible. In-person work location is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality testing and inspection in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with lab records, PPAP systems and GR&R interpretation.
• Strong computer and communication skills are required.
• Associate degree or equivalent education and work experience are expected.

Responsibilities

• Operate standard test equipment in lab and process environments.
• Maintain lab records and adhere to PPAP/GR&R methods.
• Gather data and prepare charts and analyses for quality improvements.
• Perform functional and material testing on products and components.
• Travel to plant or customer sites may be required.
