Job summary

You will prepare test setups, execute procedures, and document results, collaborating with design and production teams to identify issues and drive continuous improvement while maintaining test equipment and ensuring safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data analysis software and test management tools a plus.
• Knowledge of industry standards relevant to product testing and certification a plus.
• Proficiency in using test instruments, multimeters, measuring equipment, and data collection tools.
• Experience with electronic or mechanical product testing in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in CAD environments (i.e. SolidWorks).
• Basic understanding of machining principles.
• Basic understanding of quality control principles and manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex technical procedures accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate test equipment and instrumentation according to engineering specifications and internal test procedures.
• Execute detailed test plans and procedures to evaluate product functionality, durability, and compliance.
• Record, analyze, and report test data accurately to support engineering assessments and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain and perform routine maintenance on test systems and tools to ensure operational readiness.
