Job summary

TI Automotive in Indiana is seeking a detail‑oriented quality tester to perform system and component tests, gather data, and ensure product quality. You will operate standard lab equipment, maintain records, and support PPAP/GR&R activities.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree or related experience preferred. Travel to plant sites may be required as part of audits and inspections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree or equivalent with related work experience is preferred.
• Prior metrology or quality lab experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate standard test equipment in lab and production environments.
• Maintain laboratory records and test files.
• Analyze data and prepare charts and reports for quality monitoring.
• Perform functional and material tests on tanks and components.
• Assist in audits and inspections of processes and products.
• Travel as needed to plant or customer sites.
