Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC in Rock Hill, SC, seeks a hands-on Troubleshooting Specialist to analyze issues in test booths for air compressors, generators, and pumps. You will identify root causes and support corrective actions across assembly and testing processes.

You will lead and participate in product audits, train operators, and assist with safety initiatives while collaborating with the Quality Manager and production teams on process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical & electrical knowledge required.
• 2 to 4 years of assembly experience with knowledge of assembly and testing processes for air compressors, generators, and pumps.
• Experience in troubleshooting air compressors/generators or pumps.
• Operating knowledge of systems & basic computer operation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot machines in test booth and identify root causes across assembly/programming/supplier quality.
• Report risks, near misses, incidents, and communicate corrective actions to teams and train operators.
• Support testing and rework when needed and assist with training of test operators.
• Perform product audits for all lines and communicate findings toProduction for process improvements.
