Job summary

Power Technique North America LLC is seeking a capable technician to troubleshoot machines in our Rock Hill, SC facility. The role involves analyzing root causes, supporting testing and rework, and performing comprehensive product audits across production lines.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of assembly experience with air compressors, generators, or pumps, plus strong mechanical/electrical knowledge and basic computer skills. On-site work with a safety-focused, continuous-improvement culture.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of assembly experience with strong knowledge of assembly and testing processes for air compressors, generators, and pumps.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Experience troubleshooting air compressors/generators or pumps.
• Basic computer operation and systems familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot machines and identify root causes; report risks and incidents.
• Support testing and rework activities; assist operators as needed.
• Perform product audits across lines and communicate findings to production teams.
• Lead training for operators on identified issues and corrective actions.
• Maintain a database of troubleshooting issues and corrective actions for future training.
