Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Clark, New Jersey seeks a Quality Technician to join the Quality Department. The role focuses on supporting regulatory compliance, creating technical and costing dossiers, and improving quality processes across multiple work centers.

The ideal candidate has a science/engineering background with FDA/ISO experience and 3–5 years in packaging inspection, plus strong documentation skills to maintain SOPs and records.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in a Science or Engineering discipline, or equivalent experience in Manufacturing with emphasis on quality.
• Experience with FDA and ISO guidelines, including SOPs, auditing, and documentation requirements.
• Experience in statistical sampling and conducting tests on packaging components, bulk, and finished goods.
• 3–5 years of experience in packaging inspection.
• Experience with document management, SOPs and records review, and administrative tasks related to quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Contract Manufacturers and QA Managers to meet the Quality System and regulatory requirements.
• Create and issue technical dossiers across 5 work centers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with quality expectations.
• Create and issue costing dossiers for RFQ process with well-documented technical inputs.
• Review submitted root cause analyses for thoroughness and effectiveness to eliminate nonconformances.
• Close open change controls and update or create SOPs, work instructions, or OPLs as needed.

Our client, is seeking a Quality Technician to join their team.

As a Quality Technician, you will be part of the Quality Department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to quality, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work with technical documentation and compliance requirements which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Technician

Location: Clark, New Jersey

Pay Range: $24 - $26/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Provide technical support to Contract Manufacturers and OMA Quality Managers to help meet the L'Oreal Quality System and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Create and issue technical dossiers across 5 work centers, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with quality expectations.
• Create and issue costing dossiers for the RFQ process, supporting informed decisions with well-documented technical inputs.
• Review submitted root cause analysis (RCA) for thoroughness and effectiveness to eliminate nonconformances.
• Close open change controls and review, update, or create SOPs, work instructions, or OPLs as needed within the group.

What's Needed?
