Job summary

Kelly, in partnership with Compal USA Technology, seeks a Training Technician – Quality to empower our team with top-tier training that keeps operations efficient and our standards high. Location: Taylor, TX (training in Georgetown).

You will deliver quality training, maintain audit-ready records, coordinate onboarding and certifications, and contribute to continuous improvement with cross-functional teams in IT, Facilities, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Elite communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Curiosity and ability to learn topics independently.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with training matrices and document control systems.
• Excellent recordkeeping and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook).

Pay Rate: starting at $22/hr based on experience
