Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, computational, and decision-making abilities.
• Team player with ability to coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and testing to support plant quality requirements.
• Notify operations when product is out of tolerance and verify after adjustments.
• Identify root causes and resolve issues before quality impact.
• Identify, record, and tag non-conforming products.
• Monitor cleaning and environmental processes, including pH instrumentation calibration and titrations.
• Monitor wastewater treatment and record water flow and pH readings.
• Perform laboratory indicator testing and adjust processes as needed.
• Conduct process inspections and workstation audits to ensure quality procedures are followed.
• Support gauge calibration programs and audit gauges used on the shop floor.
• Train employees on quality procedures and requirements.
• Coordinate special projects and participate in continuous improvement and yield initiatives.
• Maintain regular, full-time onsite attendance.
