FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, seeks a Quality Technician Lead to oversee daily inspection activities and support subassembly and final assembly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will lead Quality Technicians, ensure adherence to IPC standards, and perform inspections with AOI, microscopes, multimeters, and other test equipment, contributing to root-cause analysis and CAPA with Quality Engineers.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years quality tech/inspector in manufacturing.
• Leadership/mentoring experience preferred.
• Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-A-610 and IPC J-STD-001 preferred).
• Ability to read schematics, BOMs, and work instructions.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of Quality Technicians to meet inspection priorities and schedules.
• Train and mentor technicians on inspection methods and quality standards.
• Monitor team performance and support employee development and continuous improvement.
• Identify and verify electronic components used in SMT and through-hole assemblies.
• Perform final visual and functional inspections using magnification, AOI, and test equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, BOMs, and datasheets.
• Assist with data collection, CAPA, and root-cause investigations.
