Job summary

FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations and ensure the reliability of production equipment within our PCBA manufacturing facility.

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance technicians, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and ensure safe and efficient operation while supporting this department as needed.

Qualifications

Associate's degree preferred or related technical field.
5+ years of maintenance experience in PCBA/SMT/manufacturing environment required.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems.
Experience maintaining SMT equipment such as pick-and-place, reflow ovens, AOI systems, conveyors, and related production equipment.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities of Maintenance Technicians supporting PCBA/SMT equipment.
Assign work orders and prioritize maintenance to minimize downtime.
Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for SMT equipment and facilities.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation issues and provide technical leadership.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to minimize production impact.
