Job summary

Foxconn Assembly, LLC seeks a Quality Supervisor to lead and develop quality direct labor and auditors. You will assist with process improvements and special projects on the production line, ensuring daily quality reporting and corrective actions.

The role involves coordinating with Quality Engineers, training operators, and maintaining documentation to support a safe, efficient manufacturing environment. Prior supervisory manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of related manufacturing quality experience.
• Experience supervising quality or production staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and develop quality direct labor, including inspectors.
• Prepare and summarize daily quality reports for corrective actions.
• Report 6S or safety violations for corrective actions and safety improvements.
• Assist with operator training and HR paperwork.
