Job summary

FII USA, Inc, a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Quality Operator to support subassembly and final assembly operations and perform quality inspections. You will verify product quality standards and assist the Quality Department in a production environment while applying critical thinking to advance a career in Smart Manufacturing.

The Quality Operator will inspect, test, and ensure that assemblies meet standards, and will work under the guidance of Quality Engineers/Managers to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience as an Inspector or Quality Technician preferred.
• Experience with server troubleshooting and repair.
• Must be capable of lifting 30 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Follow direction of Quality Engineers/Manager to investigate production quality issues.
• Recognize and identify different electronic components.
• Use common electronic tools in quality inspection and testing tasks.
• Support subassembly and final assembly operations.
• Test subassemblies and final assemblies for compliance.
• Ensure repair technicians follow established troubleshooting and repair procedures.
• Generate finished work under time constraints.
• Perform final inspections, prepare detailed quality inspection reports.
• Sort rejected/quarantined products and maintain repair line order.
• Verify repaired units meet appearance, functionality, and quality standards.
