Job summary

FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead PCBA/SMT maintenance in a high-volume facility. You will drive reliability, safety, and continuous improvement while guiding a team of technicians and supervisors.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Production and Quality to install new equipment, optimize lines, and manage budgets in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• 7+ years maintenance experience in PCBA/SMT or high-volume manufacturing.
• 3+ years in management overseeing maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, automation, and control systems.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and capital projects.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for PCBA and SMT equipment.
• Develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Lead maintenance supervisors and technicians with training and career development.
• Establish safety standards, regulatory compliance, and audits.
• Analyze downtime and OEE to drive improvements.
• Manage budgets, CapEx, and spare parts inventory.
• Lead vendor management and contract negotiations.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and reliability-centered maintenance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality on new equipment and line expansions.
• Oversee calibration programs for precision equipment and measurement systems.
• Drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Establish policies and documentation to support scalable operations.
• Coordinate maintenance with production planning.
• Other duties as assigned.
